Sherry has always had a passion for helping people. She began as a broker/trader for the New York Mercantile Exchange helping clients with investments. While raising her family she continued helping people as a recruiter, sales representative, and director of a co-op nursery school.
Sherry’s venture into home health care started as doing “favors” for her elderly neighbors. Thanks to Sherry’s energetic and dedicated quality of care she soon found herself in high demand, prompting her to seek out employees that would uphold the same level of service that her clients had come to rely on.
In 2006 Sherry welcomed her first official client. SherCare Senior Services has since flourished into a successful home health care agency rooted in personalized service and compassionate care
Sheryl has been a practicing nurse clinician for over 30 years. Her professional experience spans a broad range of medical specialties including palliative care and clinical oncology.
Sheryl has spent extensive time developing care management, patient advocacy, and self-care programs. At SherCare she works with clients and their families to determine optimal solutions for the provision of home health care. Simultaneously, Sheryl works closely with our caregivers for annual in-house training, periodic evaluations, and one-on-one support to ensure their skills as companion and certified caregivers are top-notch.
Toni brings a multitude of professional experience and skills to SherCare. Working for over 20 years as a training and business consultant, she has been responsible for solving a variety of workplace issues for Fortune 500 companies. Toni applies her extensive knowledge towards the implementation of recruiting, operations, compliance, and marketing initiatives for SherCare.
These initiatives enable SherCare to adhere to compliance regulations while upholding the high standards of home health care that define the company.
